What i think was attempted here is animu.
First what jumped into my eye was that the face is all wrong for animu. Face is too long, and the eyes are too thin. The ear perspective is wrong.
Head is too big.
Also, how can a necklace with something attached to it stay completely straight and almost horizontal?
The hair looks like a wooden plant attached to the back of it's head.
The feet line make a diagonal instead of laying flat on the floor.
The tail looks as if Captain Hook is hiding in her hair and decided to stretch his hook hand.
Why does she have only one breast?
Keep practicing, it makes perfect.
